2 bedrooms, 2 queen beds, 2 ensuites (1 ensuite has full length bath with shower).
For a family of 6, the sofa converts to a double bed if needed, making a total of 3 beds in 2 bedrooms.
The Orchard Cottage is in the middle of our property and compliments Elington Manor when an extra 1 or 2 couples is required (for a group of 8 couples). The 2nd bedroom has a sliding door opening onto a large undercover BBQ decking with glorious view’s over the animal farm, down to the river and the Mudgee Valley in the distance. The decking has ‘pool fencing’ with a lockable gate and some toys for children, perfect for families with toddlers. Next to the Orchard Cottage is the ‘Cubby House’ with a ping-pong table, a wall full of blackboards and a smaller room with heaps of children’s toys.
Entrance door opens onto a comfortable combined lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge room has four lounge chairs with a TV in the corner. Dining table seats 5 and the kitchenette has a stove, microwave and fridge.
To the right is the queen bedroom with ensuite, washing machine and dryer. To the left of the entrance is the a 2nd queen bedroom with ensuite. Should you need to sleep two singles the sofa lounge converts to a double bed when needed.
This room opens onto the beautiful timber verandah that overlooks the property, the animal farm and 9 acres of manicured gardens makes this the perfect spot to rest, relax and recharge.
Our new timber deck is the perfect spot for reading, relaxing and enjoying a BBQ meal. If you are looking for a holiday to ‘recharge’, our property’s relaxing ambiance is just what you need to return home refreshed. A country retreat with a difference.
