The Garden cottage is ideal for one or two couples, or 1 couple and 2 children. Ideal for guests seeking the privacy of being in their own home.
The kitchen, dining and lounge areas merge as one. The dining table seats four and lounge settees are perfect for lazing back, with feet up reading or watching a bit of TV.
From the back door you step up onto a large timber deck, your personal BBQ area with plenty of outdoor seating and tables. From this large decking you can see the animal farm, our flower gardens and the magnificent 200 year old river gums down on the river. The perfect spot to chill out with a glass of Mudgee wine and some nibbles.
The cottage has two king bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with under-floor heating. 1 king bed converts to 2 king singles when needed. All beds have electric blankets, doona’s, blankets, quality linen, extra pillows. Ample hanging and storage. One of the king bedrooms has a balcony with table and a couple of chairs. There is a separate laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron, etc. All rooms have reverse-cycle air-conditioning.
Self-serve breakfast provisions are provided for you to enjoy at your leisure. Fresh pick-your-own vegetables are also available throughout our gardens. Everything is provided, just bring your personal items.
There is ample off-street parking. The Garden cottage is linked to the Farmhouse by an undercover walkway. For large groups the combination of the Garden cottage and Farmhouse provides 5 couples with their own bedroom and bathroom. Refer to the Farmhouse for more information.
