Large living room with comfortable lounges frame the television and games table. Open plan dining area has glorious views over the property. Dining table seats up to eight people, walk through to the open plan kitchen.
The kitchen is fully self-contained with separate fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots, etc. Separate laundry has washing machine, clothes dryer, wash tub, iron and two clothes lines (one undercover).
The kitchen and dining room have glorious views over the outside BBQ area, meandering garden beds of flowers and vegetables and down to the Cudgegong River.
Bedrooms all have their own reverse cycle air-conditioner, beds have electric blankets, plenty of extra pillows, quality linen, blankets, doona and fitted woolen under-blankets. Twin bedroom has stunning north-easterly views down to the river. King bedroom has French doors opening onto the two car undercover carport.
Ambulant and Accessible Bathroom : suitable for guests with wheelchair and walking frame needs.
Alfresco ‘all-weather’ verandah runs the full length of the home. A morning cuppa will find you soaking in the peace that pervades the air over manicured lawns and surrounding hills of Mudgee’s glorious Valley.
