This comfortable 3 bedroom home is located within the local street-scape, on the corner of Market and Lawson Streets. The cottage has access to 9 acres of river-side parkland via a laneway that opens down on the river where you can then walk across manicured lawns to all facilities, children’s play area and farm animals. A complete country escape with all the benefits of being close to shops, a variety of wonderful restaurants, local pubs and Mudgee’s Olympic swimming pool. An easy walk to everywhere.
The home has 1 king bedroom with ensuite, 1 queen and 1 small single room and a main bathroom. Your comfortable bed awaits – woollen underlays, doona, blankets and crisp quality linen. All bathroom needs are provided plus plenty of fluffy towels. Full laundry and kitchen facilities, large L shape lounge and dining area with a fenced outside BBQ area. Ample under-cover parking for up to three vehicles.

Follow the signs from the home, along the driveway, down a vine-covered laneway and there, at the end, you will find our vegetable gardens, animal farm and acres of manicured lawns to run and play.
